Thanks to our engineers’ experience and the constant combined effort with our customers, ES has been able to sum up many real necessities experienced during boards|products test process and to come up with an innovative and efficient solution. This gave birth to ONEPASS (Test in only one step): a test system able to perform in only one cycle different type of tests as I.C.T. Functional, BoundaryScan, Vision and On-Board programming in a highly automated way thus avoiding multiple handling on different test stations.

ONEPASS has a changeable test adapter (bed of nails) with a quick hook-unhook mechanism that allows fast production changes
